Recruitment sports persons for the post of for the following post under Meritorious Sports Persons in the ESIC,West Bengal:-
- Upper Division Clerks 10 Posts,Pay Scale:-PB-1, Rs5,200-20,200 +Grade Pay Rs2,400/-,Age:- 27 Years
- MTS 6 Posts, Pay Scale;- PB-1, Rs5,200-20,200 +Grade Pay Rs1,800/-,Age:-25 Years
Qualifications:-
For UDC:- Any Bechlor Degree from any Accredeted University.
For MTS :- 10th Pass or any same qualifications.
Application Fees:-
Application fee is Rs.225 for UDC no fees for Womens.
For MTS application fee is Rs.125 no fee for womens.
Applicant has to pay fee in the form of Demand Draft in favor of The Regional Director, E.S.I. Corporation, Kolkata payable at Kolkata send this DD with along the appl;ication form.
How To Apply :-
Duly filled applications along with the DD and necessary certificates and documents must be reach to the office of The Additional Commissioner & Regional Director,ESI Corporation, Regional Office,‘Panchdeep Bhavan’,5/1, Grant Lane, KOLKATA – 700012 on or before the date 07/05/2012.

Sub.:- Please send me my ESIC Pehchan card.
I work at MG Tathya Solutions Pvt. Ltd. “Lord Building” 3 rd floor, Atghora, Lokenath Park, Kolkata-700157. W.B. North 24 Parganas.
I am not get my ESIC Pehchan card more then 16 month ago ESIC Local office dum dum take my family photo with all our family members finger print, but still now I not get my ESIC Pehchan card. When I go to the Dum Dum ESIC office for collected my ESIC Pehchan card then they told me that we have no any card we send all the card, (But 4-5 member in my office get the ESIC Pehchan card they give photo 5-6 month ago).
So my request to you Please, see the matter and send me my ESIC Pehchan card. As soon as possible.
